Vinay Ramdas Revankar is Technical Staff, Software Engineering in 5G Systems at Dell Technologies’ Federal 5G organization. With approximately 20 years of experience across Layer 2 protocol development in LTE and 5G — spanning MAC scheduling, RLC, transport layers, and O-RAN fronthaul integration — his current focus includes O1 adapter architecture, multi-RU management, and production hardening of open-source CU/DU stacks for carrier-grade deployments.
