About me
Ushasi is a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, San Diego, advised by Prof. Dinesh Bharadia. Her research focuses on AI-driven networked systems - building intelligent, application-aware networks for emerging applications such as Physical AI, XR, and Non Terrestrial Networks. Her work spans programmable 5G and Open RAN systems, edge intelligence, and application-network co-design. She is a recipient of the 2026 Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship.
