About me
Taimoor Ul Islam is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a senior member of the Center for Wireless, Communities and Innovation (WiCI) at Iowa State University, where he also earned his Ph.D. Before joining WiCI, he spent six years in industry deploying, operating, and optimizing end-to-end networked systems. His research focuses on real-time scheduling in multi-cell massive MIMO networks, Open RAN, URLLC, and rural broadband innovation.
