About me
Stephanie Demers has more than 25 years of experience in wireless communication including system performance evaluation, modeling and simulation, and protocol implementation. She has hands-on experience leading system deployments for both traditional 5G RAN and modern O-RAN equipment and networks. She has expertise in building, deploying, testing and optimizing these systems in laboratory and field environments. She also has extended 3GPP standards work experience in SA and RAN working groups.
