About me
Ravis Shirkhani is a Ph.D. candidate at Northeastern University's Institute for Intelligent Networked Systems, advised by Prof. Tommaso Melodia. Her research focuses on 5G and next-generation cellular networks, with an emphasis on Open RAN. Her work spans automated testing and analysis of O-RAN systems, real-time RAN control interfaces, and energy efficiency across O-RAN components, aiming to make next-generation cellular infrastructure more open, programmable, and sustainable.
