Rajesh Rasalkar is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and wireless AI/ML architect with 25+ years of experience in wireless networking, cloud, edge computing, AI/ML, and telecommunications. He is Head of Engineering at SEMPRE.ai and PhoenixAI Technologies. At Meta, he led multiple Open RAN community projects. His work focuses on AI-native architectures, private 5G, edge intelligence, autonomous systems, multi-sensor fusion, ISAC, and Counter-UAS.
