About me
Lucas Vancina is a native of Illinois, USA. He has been a Communications Officer and wireless networking specialist in the United States Marine Corps for almost a decade and has experience in tactical data networking, expeditionary and amphibious operations, and communications planning. He holds an M.S. degree in computer science from the Naval Postgraduate School and currently leads tactical cellular experimentation and engineering for the Marine Corps.
