About me
Linqi Xiao is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Texas at Dallas, in Prof. Andrea Fumagalli's OpNeAR Lab, which operates an accredited O-RAN Open Testing and Integration Centre. He works on M-Plane conformance and security testing of commercial O-RUs, Near-RT RIC xApps, and multi-vendor OpenROADM optical transport, demonstrated live at OFC 2026. He has 16 peer-reviewed publications and received the IEEE MILCOM 2025 Demo Award.
