Jeff Liu leads ITRI Lab, an OCUDU Lab partner in the APAC region. With 17+ years of telecom and network engineering experience, he drives Open RAN and OCUDU ecosystem adoption across the region, leading multi-vendor RU validation, Open Fronthaul benchmarking, and integration work with regional Open RAN partners.
