About me
Dr. Kogiantis is Head of Engineering at Altio Labs, leading cellular telemetry, positioning, and sensing efforts that adapt 3GPP technologies for DoD applications. He has nearly 30 years of R&D experience, including 12 years at Bell Labs advancing MIMO for 3G/4G and 14 years at Peraton Labs leading 5G prototypes and contributing to LTE/5G standards. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
